Rental Policies for Native Jungle Plants in Tampa Bay

• Minimum Rental Duration & Cost: $500 Minimum for all event rentals

  • Short-term Rentals: A minimum rental period of 24 hours is required for events such as weddings or corporate gatherings in St. Pete and Tampa Bay.
  • Long-term Rentals: A minimum rental period of one week is recommended for residential or office decor in the greater Tampa area.
    

• Damage Waiver and Security Deposit:

  • Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of 15% of the total rental cost is required at booking to cover potential damages.
  • Damage Policy: Costs incurred from damage will be deducted from the security deposit. Specific plant values and repair costs are detailed in the rental agreement.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • More than 7 Days Before Event: Eligible for a full refund.
  • 3-7 Days Before Event: 50% of the total rental fee is refundable.
  • Less than 72 Hours Before Event: No refund, but credit towards future rentals may be offered.

• Delivery, Setup, and Maintenance:

  • Delivery and Setup: Included within the Tampa Bay area. Additional charges apply for locations outside this region.
  • Maintenance: Included for long-term rentals with scheduled visits. Short-term rentals include maintenance assessments during setup and takedown.
