Native Jungle stands behind the quality of our installations. Select plants we install are covered by a one (1) year plant guarantee from the date of installation—only when all requirements below are met.
If a covered plant fails during the guarantee period and the requirements have been met, Native Jungle will provide a one-time replacement of the affected plant material.
This guarantee applies only to:
Palms
Privacy hedge plants
Coverage is limited to the specific plant(s) that are affected and approved under the claim process below.
This guarantee applies only to properties with an existing, fully functional irrigation system at the time of installation.
Irrigation must remain operational and appropriately programmed for the season and conditions.
If irrigation is turned off, nonfunctional, improperly programmed, or not covering the planted areas adequately, the guarantee is void.
Because plant health depends heavily on aftercare, this guarantee is valid only when the following are met:
1) Proper watering via irrigation
Maintain consistent watering appropriate to the plant type, season, and weather conditions.
Do not reduce watering below recommended levels during establishment.
2) Mulch & protection
Maintain proper mulch depth and keep mulch away from trunks/stems.
Protect plants from damage caused by pets, lawn equipment, foot traffic, vehicles, or construction.
3) Prompt communication (required)
You must notify Native Jungle within 7 days of noticing damage or decline so we can assess the issue and determine whether it can be corrected before any replacement is considered.
4) Access for verification
We may request photos and/or schedule an on-site inspection to verify conditions. If access is denied or verification cannot be reasonably provided, the guarantee may be void.
The guarantee does not cover plant failure caused by:
Under-watering, over-watering, or inconsistent watering
Improper irrigation settings, broken irrigation, irrigation turned off, or inadequate irrigation coverage
Extreme weather (including unusual heat/cold, drought conditions, flooding, or storms)
Disease or pests not reported in time to treat
Soil/drainage issues outside of our scope, or conditions the client declined to correct
Damage from pets, children, wildlife, mowers, string trimmers, vehicles, or vandalism
Chemical damage (including herbicides, pesticides, or fertilizers applied incorrectly)
Changes made after installation (grading, drainage, construction, moving plants, etc.)
If a claim is approved:
Replacement is one time per covered plant during the guarantee period.
Replacement will be scheduled during an appropriate planting window and based on availability.
If the exact plant is unavailable, we’ll replace it with a similar plant of comparable value.
Unless stated otherwise in your proposal or contract:
This guarantee covers affected plant material only.
Labor, delivery, soil amendments, and installation for replacements may be billed separately.

When you first noticed the issue
A description of your irrigation schedule (or a photo of the controller settings)
We may schedule an inspection to confirm conditions and determine the cause.
